Don’t write too many reviews, but this place is my 5 stars, the classes are tough but you sweat and change .. the instructors from Jean, Vanessa , Red, AJ, Nat, all are stars that push you to be better.
I love this place. This is where I go to blow steam off and get a intense workout. All the staff is friendly and have given me great advice so far. Thanks to them i lost 20 pounds.
ILoveKickboxing is the total body workout I’ve never had before! The one hour class goes by quite quickly, even though you’re working so hard. The fast paced atmosphere helps you to push yourself and try to keep up, even if you’re not conditioned to go as fast yet. It’s great that everyone can go at their own pace even in the class environment. The instructors are there to help with technique and push you to excel!! Definitely worth a try!!
It’s been a long while since I’ve ventured into any fitness program, 'coz I get bored easily. I tried a class & signed up for a year’s membership right away! This is an intense, energetic & absolutely fun workout! Not intimidating because it attracts so many different types, & every1 is very supportive. Jean & her awesome team are extremely welcoming and friendly, & they help me with modified routines when I need it. In just 4 sessions I can already see & feel the difference! Gym is super clean!
