I had a fender bender on my car, caused by another party causing a small scratch on the bumper of my vehicle. This was going to be paid by ICBC as the other party was at fault and did not effect my insurance. Craftsman's estimate of $1,500 ended up more than $3,300 at the end as they replaced the bumper rather than only painting it. Had I known this at the beginning, I would have opted out of fixing it altogether.
The team at Craftsman provide exceptional customer service. They are great at keeping you up to date on what is going on with your vehicle and they have a great selection of courtesy cars.
I recently had an impact to my right front fender and had to get it fixed. I searched a few locations and decided to take my car to Craftsman Collision.
My initial experience, I was greeted by very nice people at the front desk. I was asked to bring my car back on a date that suited my needs. I dropped the car off and was told it would be ready on Monday. I received a call on Friday to say that the car would certainly be ready on the day promised and picked it up on Monday.
The car was fixed wonderfully!
