Dr Lin is very professional and helpful. She take the time to explain my questions. Her clinic is also very easy to access and parking is free in front.

Went to her for my first eye examination, got my first pair of glasses. Great experience

Went there the first time for my son (3 yrs old), Dr Lin rushed through the entire eye exam, it wasnt even detailed. Entire exam took less than 5 min, we didnt even have an opportunity to ask any questions, she was out the door for her next patients already. No confirmation/receipt was given for this appointment. Staff was very unfriendly. Terrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone coming to this place.

I do not recommend coming here. The wait times are long and the staff are not very helpful. They do not know their own policies and change them on a case by case basis. There is no trust between the staff and you as a patient or customer. Go somewhere else where the staff actually cares about you and not your wallet. They sold me a pair of glasses that did not turn out as they described and are unwilling to return or exchange it unless I pay more. Now I’m stuck with a pair of useless glasses.

I went to Dr. Lin for my eye examination because she is walking distance to me. I found that she is very thorough and friendly. I had a pink eye from auto-immune type problem recently and happy that she is available to take me right away and able to diagnose my problem and treat me with the right drops.
