impossible to reach them on any given day. Makes booking with them a nightmare. Hope we reach our destination.

I called several times during business hours but never answered. I wrote several emails and never received a response. Its almost like the office is non-existent!

It is impossible to ever reach this company to book seats on the airline, In addition, I belong to the Sky program and I was informed by my travel consultant and an agent that it was entered but I have never received the credit and another agent told me that it had not been entered. To date, the credit for miles has not been done!!!!
