Veronica Foods imports EVOO's twice a year, once from each hemisphere, from select, high-quality growers all over the world. All our Balsamic Vinegars are aged up to 18 years and are produced in the Traditional Solera Method in Modena, Italy.
All of Oils began out of the love for a bottle of Blood Orange Olive Oil, that Glenn Pineau and Kimm Brickman-Pineau received as a wedding gift. Appropriately, brides historically wore the olive branch, typically a symbol of victory, at their weddings and, in Glenn and Kimm’s case, perhaps a foreshadowing of things to come.
Glenn and Kimm opened All of Oils, Wholesome Oils & Vinegars in South Surrey on February 20, 2013, less than a year after their wedding. Their 1,400 square-foot retail store and tasting room carries the Fraser Valley's largest and freshest selection of Ultra-Premium extra virgin olive oils (EVOO), flavoured olive oils and balsamic vinegars.
Today, business is brisk and bountiful. "People are blown away by the quality, variety and health benefits," says Glenn. "We could never have predicted it would be this well received; it's been phenomenal, so much so that we expanded in June 2014 and opened a second shop in Langley." Victory indeed.
All of Oils (Kimm came up with the phonetically clever moniker) is one of a family of over 500 independently owned outlets across North America. "Our supplier, Veronica Foods of Oakland, California, is a top-notch importer/producer and is registered on the Non-GMO Project; additionally, many of our products are registered organic."
