I have worked with Design Roofing for multiple projects over the years. Their support staff is very professional, and reports are thorough and detailed. I am surprised that there are some negative comments, however, everyone has an opinion. I would recommend Design Roofing to clients for both preventative and roof repairs.

Patty is the worst customer service rep and so are the rest of the estimators, crew members and the organization as a whole. If it wasn't for the red hot real estate market having people making emotional decision, this company would be out of business!
Stay away from these guys, they don't deserve any stars.
We hired them for our strata complex to do maintenance work, had them back three times for incomplete work which they said has done.Finally just gave up... Very Bad experience, never again.
