This company is either woefully understaffed or incompetent. I had an regular service appointment scheduled for over a week, and no one showed up or called. When I finally tracked someone down, they had no record of the appointment. When I asked how they were going to address my concern, he hung up. Nice!
We are just seeing this review now. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience Bob M., as you can imagine the Summer season in the Okanagan area is our peak busy season, maintenance service calls are lower in priority than our calls for failed systems where equipment is down. Your service call may not have been addressed right away because of this reason. Our schedule changes daily depending on calls that come in.
