Teresa once again has provided us with her wonderful service, as she has done in the past. Her knowledge and patience is very much appreciated. Golnaz helped me find my loveseat. I ordered the same as the pinnacle chair I have enjoyed for 10 years. Love my pinnacle chair so I cant wait for my new leather pinnacle loveseat ( so I can cuddle with my sweetie) to be ready for pick up. Golnaz even let me rest in the chair while she fixed up all the paper work. She knew I had driven a long distance with chronic pain. I truly appreciated her sensitivity.

We had a successful shopping trip at the North Vancouver store. There is a lovely atmosphere in the Store- a little tricky to find but well worth the visit. There is also plenty of parking at the back. We worked with Teresa who is so knowledgeable and thinks creatively.
