Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. I felt energized after each class and that’s what makes me want to keep going back. Love my #fitfam!!
It's my first time to try kickboxing and good thing I started at ilovekickboxing-burnaby! I thought bootcamp is tough but I was wrong the warm up are gruelling but ones you get through it you'll love it. The staff are awesome they always greet you with a smile. Also the instructors support and motivate you. They make sure you're doing the combos and techniques right. I keep coming back because it's better than going to the gym.
This is one of the most fun , sweat dripping one hour workout experience youll have. If you are feeling nervous or shy about starting something new the instructors are always there to help you out. And the other members are always friendly and willing to help. Try this you wont regret it.
