Delivered today my parcel from amazon and phoned me showing -no caller ID-on the phone, I dont usually answer the call when there is no callerID, and that was from purolator!!! Seriously? why you hiding your caller ID??? Now i have to go to the office to pick it up, but the office work till 7:30 and me too!now have to ask someone to get it for me. Very upsetting and inconvenient...
Would rate 0 stars if possible. I forgo sleep to be awake and alert to recieve packages, yet only 1 out of my last 4 has actually been delivered. Every time the slip says delivery attempted when in reality there was no buzzer from the front or knock on my door. Phoning the locations customer service gets you nowhere; you press 0 to talk to someone and it immediatly says nobodys available and doesnt give the option to hold.
The BURNABY office is the worst in customer service, they have nothing to provide (envelopes, boxes, bill of lading) to help you at the front of store, you need to wait in line for simple preparation material, and the female clerk has zero customer skills. Don’t waste your time, find another Delivery office or Courier
2 times the delivery guy did not come to my home(I was waiting for him the whole day) but marked my delivery as "delivery attempt was made. receiver unavailable." I feel like he was just too lazy to carry up my heavy package. AVOID USING PUROLATOR IF YOU CAN.
