Tracked an order on-line and it said it was delivered to my door step. No package arrived. I have security surveillance cameras which I checked for that date -- not just when the tracking # said it was delivered, but all day. No truck came to my yard. Emailed about missing package and got Zero reply. Store sent me another package and again I'm tracking it and there is a "Operating Conditions Delay" on it. Phoned this place to find out what that means and they said phone customer service. AVOID

I was told our package would arrive on Monday 16th October, cancelled appoints. for the day, waited all day long phoned at 7.45 PM told again it was on the truck and would be delivered, now Tue. 17th October 9.AM still nothing..
