Naiad’s technicians, Josaphat and John, did an amazing job replacing the original popup sprinkler system controller and installing a new wireless Wi-Fi sprinkler control panel in a more ideal location in our garage. They also inspected our sprinkler system, made the necessary repairs, and turned it on for the season, so we didn’t have to book another appointment. Josaphat and John were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We highly recommend Naiad!

NAIAD Irrigation Systems is the best company in Calgary. Our aging underground irrigation system had problems with the lines, valves and sprinkler heads. They were very helpful and got an appointment booked right away. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient and fixed everything that morning. The system works great and we can control it over wi-fi using Hydrawise. We’re booked for winterization and will be using them for snow removal. We had the best customer service experience from Naiad.

After a number of years as a Naiad customer for irrigation services I found myself with my lawn aeration scheduled after my sprinkler winterization. I asked the week prior to my winterization if Naiad could simply mark my sprinkler heads during the winterization. They refused claiming they did not have the time nor the flags for marking during the winterization. This ended up being very inconvenient for me as I was out of town at the time. I have been using Naiad for over 5 years now to blow out my sprinkler system every fall. Their staff are great and do an amazing job. They are efficient, polite and do an amazing job! They check the entire system and advise if anything needs repairs or changing. They offer early booking rate reductions and they online booking system is easy and fast.

We have been with Naiad for several years. They are a well run company, They have on line booking, send reminders, follow up after a service, offer early bird discounts and the staff if you need to talk to someone are friendly and professional . The spriinkers are repaired immediately if needed and the service staff are courteous and respectful of your property, closing gates etc.

I switched to Naiad this year after the owner of my former irrigation service retired. I really like that everything is done online - I get emailed appointment reminders and don’t have to worry about leaving a cheque in the mailbox when the fall blowout is done.

Naiad did a great job on my irrigation system. They’ve always helped me with the blow out and spring activation. If I ever had an issue they would assist with the issue and be quite reasonable with their pricing. I would definitely go with them again if I require another irrigation system.
