We have been with Naiad for several years. They are a well run company, They have on line booking, send reminders, follow up after a service, offer early bird discounts and the staff if you need to talk to someone are friendly and professional .
The spriinkers are repaired immediately if needed and the service staff are courteous and respectful of your property, closing gates etc.
I switched to Naiad this year after the owner of my former irrigation service retired. I really like that everything is done online - I get emailed appointment reminders and don’t have to worry about leaving a cheque in the mailbox when the fall blowout is done.
