So happy with the service provided by this company. There is actually a person that answers the phone when you call there and if they don't answer they call you back right away. Other companies I have called in the past have not even returned my calls. Lawn & Snow Bros. always e-mails me when they are doing an application and e-mails me again when the job is done. The end result is excellent. My lawn has never looked better from the weed and fertilizer application. I am very satisfied!!!
I am quite impressed with their customer service. Initially there was a misunderstanding and the wrong work was done on my property but as soon as the error was flagged it was promptly rectified.
