Save yourself the headache and stay as far from here as you can. I had a recall done and later noticed a slight dent from the rear fender from the inside. Upon inspection we found a 1 1/2 inch gouge from the inside directly across from the rear spring mount that they had out to replace springs. When I did contact them and bring my truck in they gave me a runaround story about how rocks can ( sometimes ) damage things??? A ROCK FROM THE TIRE gouged the fender. I guess FORDS aren't that tough!!
Hi Travis, as you know there are many circumstances surrounding your concerns over finding damage several months after your last service appointment with us (from last summer). We have clearly explained and discussed this with you several times. Our technician was not working in the same area as the damage to your truck.
Best buying experience I have ever had, great service department, and great parts department. All in all the best dealership experience I have ever had.
