    I just have to say this people, please do a little more checking before you just go in and get pictures taking, we paid for the photo session up front which is to be expected and the photo session turned out great, but then when we wanted to get a package thats where we found out these guys are out to get rich quick, when they charge in arm and a leg and not even for a package that is a decent package I mean whats that all about... all I want to say we dont ever want to go there again...

    Absolutely the worst customer service we have ever across. Totally screwed our order requirements from start to finish. Paid for a picture photoshopping/restoring and they totally messed that up, when we went in to discuss the matter they were rude as they couldn’t understand our precise requirements. Eventually got there ordered the reprints, idiots printed the wrong size onto slate backing and made out they didn’t have the size we wanted, even though they had checked stock while we were there!

    I find it really interesting how people expect things for free. I would personally put very little weight to some reviews that are based from entitlement. When I bought my camera from Watson they were VERY informative and pleasant to deal with. Not the cheapest but definitely informative and I am willing to pay a little extra for knowledge and their time. That is just obvious.

    I had a restoration photo done.The photo was at least 40 years old .they did a beautiful job .I didn't think the cost was anymore than I'm sure I would have had to pay anywhere else .i would recommend them to anyone .

    It is the worst place to get pictures done. Very poor service. Charges too much. Never ever again. Worst graduation picture ever. They cant even touch up. Girl's that work there are really needing training. No customer service. Even one star is not qualified

    Watson's has the ...

    Watson's has the best quality printing in town and solid people. Their reputation for having top notch cameras and accessories is pretty well know. So if you don't expect photo editing services for free like the rediculous reviewer before me I'm sure you'll be happy.

    Improve Customer Service Please

    I had a very poor experience there! I ordered 70$ worth of prints and being a first time customer and in a big rush, asked if they could touch up the drool on my baby in one single print, without asking the price. I thought since it was such a small request it would be free. I am also from New Brunswick, so I expect good customer service and integrity everywhere I go. They charged me $15 dollars extra just to touch up the drool which is a 2 minute (at most) job in IPhone (mac) or photo shop (pc). I know because I have these programs at home. Plus they printed an extra copy of the print in question and charged me for that too, $4. For a total of $19! Needless to say if they would have simply told me the exorbitant price ahead of time I would have said no thanks, I will go somewhere else, or perhaps I would have just left that one print off of my order. What I am primarily upset about is that the employee did not take the time to tell me the price when I asked about the touch up. I think this was opportunistic at best. When I called the store to speak to the manager, the employee, Carey, who partially processed the order, would not even let me speak to the manager. She told me that - Quote - "Nothing is free" and "You should have asked for an estimate ahead of time". Since that is their attitude, I am very disapointed.
