i had a tricky problem with a hydronic heating system coupled to a Nest thermostat. Ed had a solution within minutes of arriving. Very prompt and professional service, I will be hiring them again in the spring

Starting with the woman that answered my call I got a professional that understood and answered all my questions. Josh Fairbank was the technician that came to clean my ducts and he was very professional, personable, and proficient. He was respectful and careful with his equipment in my house. With multiple problems with different furnace cleaning companies in the past Pro Solutions and Josh F was a breath of fresh air. Price was a little steep but sometimes you get what you pay for.
For the first time we called Pro Solutions after we checked its reviews and we confirmed them today. Robert came and he replaced the gas water heater tank. He did the job and then he spent more time in our question period, explaining everything without rush.
To sum up the quality of his workmanship was astounding!!!!
Ah! And now we get hot water!
