I’m not naturally thin and weight has always been an issue for me. I was on and off diets my whole life. One day I woke up weighing 158 lbs with 38% body fat. That was the same day I started training and decided to never let myself get so fat again. Nowadays, I have 20% body fat and I weigh 127 lbs. This change made my life so much better and I decided to help other people feel the way I do – light, healthy and strong enough for any challenge!
