If your insurance company recommends this place, chose another, it’s a joke. Went it for a “quick” bumper fix, take it off, replace said rubber thingy, place bumper back and done. Dropped it off @ 8 am and called around 2 to say, oops parts delay, won’t be until tomorrow “sometime” Please let me just say that, I understand things happen, but the part is so minor and the vehicle so new and common, i know the part is not issue here. It’s called over booked and under staffed, just be real.
Said that my repair was going to take 2 days when we were discussing the quote. Upon drop off, I was told 3 business days which I agreed to. It has now been 10 business days and its still not complete. The only way I was able to find out updates was by calling various times in the week. So little communication its ridiculous and unprofessional considering the cost of the services. They seem to be working at their own pace and schedule without consideration of the customers.
FINAL BILL WAS RIDICULOUS, 3 X AMOUNT THEY QUOTED; TIME: 3 X TIMES WHAT THEY ESTIMATED COMMUNICATION = NO UPDATES, NOTHING!
