Below par for restaurant of this calibre

Beef was delightful; seafood dishes (arctic char main, shrimp appetizer) not very fresh. Server didn't top up waters. Twins were having birthdays at our table; server made a point of commenting on how "the birthday girl" was getting her meal first; meanwhile other twin got served last without comment. Chocolate chili dessert was tasty; pumpkin pie dessert tasted like someone accidentally quadrupled the baking soda when they baked it; goat cheesecake too tart.

This place was AMAZING!!! Everything about it was fantastic! The restaurant itself is very lovely and the servers are great. Our server was so informative and passionate about the food. The food is excellent and everything we tried was a piece of art and a thought through process. I dont know what else to say- you need to go! Its fantastic beyond belief!
