We ordered the Lemon Chicken, a Lo Mein dish and a mixed rice dish. The restaurant was very clean and had a comfortable atmosphere, able to accommodate fairly big groups actually (5-6 ppl/table). Food was served within minutes - big portions considering the low prices. We visited the restaurant in the evening when it was less busy; the lady serving was nice, asking a few times if we had everything we needed. Low prices, good food... definitely worth another visit.

Decided to have dinner with my mom, sistet and 16months old neice as my mom was celebrating her birthday. Server had a poor attitude, was not pleasant nor engaging. All she did was take orders and not even efficiently; she did not even apologise about bring us the wronf order, she never came back to check in as the other servers did with their guests. I visited this establishment with some potential clients the other day and was taken back by the service we had. I must say the food was great, but what sets this venue apart from others, is quality of customer service we were provided with. The Manager himself made his way to our table and ensured we were happy with our orders, which we were. My clients who were from the States were happy and we also got a deal done. They have perfected the art of perfectly battered fish and fresh hand cut fries.
You can't go wrong. Place is pretty basic, but you're not really there for atmosphere. You are there for the delicious fish and chips, and that's exactly what you get.

Love this place! My husband and I were looking for good fish and chips and we were quite satisfied. I dont really care what the place looks like on the inside as long as it is clean. They have a sign saying the health department has been there and checked the place out and they passed so thats alright in my books. I think some people are a little dramatic on here. I thought the portion size was perfect, So did my husband who is a large eater. How much food does one person really need? it is a bit pricey but it's worth it for a treat once in a while!

Then came the menus that were filled with very fair priced items for dinner for all of us. When dinner came out I was absolutely positively impressed. This is the closest Brampton will get to having a little taste of Britain. It is the best fish and chip I have had since back home. The cod light batter and chip are to die for. Their chicken pot pies and chip are also a good bet for those who don't like fish. The breaded chicken strips are amazing as well, you can get alone with chips or in a wrap.
The menu is very extensive for a fish and chip place. Beats Heritage Fish and Chip by far. Gott's the fish is fresh, bigger and more value for your $$$.
The service is good, the employees know their stuff and make recommendations if you are not sure.
I have been many many many times and the service and the food is always the same - really good!
