Last week we had to organize a sudden meeting for our project with US clients. Due to lack of time we missed out planning for lunch but thanks to my ‘Opentable’ app Grilled Atlantic Salmon, Chicken Parmigianino, Spring Lamb with red wine that I found Carmelina Restaurant in Woodbine Avenue. Their event catering service for lunch & evening snacks made me & my team proud on my decision. I wonder how I missed looking this food place for last many years. Thank you Abbas for your cooperation & on-time food catering service with delicious Italian food as our guests loved it. My wife and I stopped for dinner about a month ago. I had ordered the sausage and stewed tomatoes to try something different and was very surprised at how tasty it was. I remeber the beer selection was on the poor side. I do not remember them having any draft beer available. The service was very good and the flourless cake I had for desert was just incredible. Whoever the in-house person was that makes it did a fabulous job. I would definitley come back again. Read more

We come here from Hamilton every time we're in town visiting friends. We like the food, the service was good. Our waitress I think her name was Anita, but I could be wrong was very friendly and quick. The place is always clean, didn't have to wait for a table. My only concern, is they should put ice in the water. I'm not really partial to warm water, but everything else was great. Read more

We tried it for the first time, and ordered the Arroz de marisquo (Seafood Rice Stew). One plater was enough for two adults and one child age 12 and there was still leftover for at least one more person. really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was really polite. will definitely comeback again. I have never been there for dinner, but for $5 martinis I go whenever I can ;) It has a great laid back atmosphere. Perfect for an after dinner drink without all the noise of a club or lounge. $5 Martinis until 12 can't be beat and with nearly 100 varieties, I have yet to try them all but I try to get different ones each time. If you want to snack on something well you drink get there before 1. Great place to go as a group, but get there around 9 before it starts to fill up. Ask if the back room is available. Great little private area if you have enough people. Nothing wrong with the service but nothing exceptional either. Read more

Went to this restaurant for the first time at lunch time. We had the lasagna, salad and garlic bread. The food was excellent and the staff is friendly and knows how to treat customers.
