They always want to make sure your pup is happy with the food that you choose and will exchange the food if your pup isnt happy. When my cat became ill, they fit her in immediately! We were so worried, but their professional really helped. The staff handled the covid precautions seamlessly and cautiously. Communications were excellent. They also didnt gouge me on fees. Never had a better vet experience in 40+ years of pet ownership!
