Got referred to them by Samsung Canada as my washer was no longer draining, called got an appointment day after (Wednesday) at 7:30 am, they were very punctual. Assessed the issue and my pump was not working. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock, told me about 24 to 48 hrs, they ordered the part, called me the day after (Thursday) that the part was in and gave me another 7:30 am appointment (Friday).
