I purchased new tires and got wheel alignment from Fountain Tire in Edmonton. I was not happy with service and treatment I received when I asked questions about the wheel alignment. Turned out the wheel alignment was was off and vehicle wondered to the left on highway. I took my vehicle to Drayton Valley Fountain Tire to check the wheel alignment and they found the undercarriage was off. They realigned the undercarriage & fixed the wheel alignment, at no charge. Such a great bunch of guys,we had an issue with another shop in town,called tirecraft and they got us in immediately and rectified the problem,they also found a gash in the side wall of our tire,replaced the tire and installed for next to nothing.Next day we had a spike in our other vehicles tire,brought it straight to tirecraft and dropped it off,within the hour the tire was repaired and the bill was nowhere to be found.We highly recommend them and will be returning for any future work needed.
