The only reason I left a 5 star review was to the service we received. My steak was not cooked properly plus even they cooked it more from raw, the steak was bland, no flavor at all. I ended up loosing my appetite. The one thing that impressed me was our waitress. She tried her best and the manager told her that our bill was covered including our drinks. This shows me that the management supported their customers. I am a Keg person that in the past had little issues but it happens. Busy place. Read more

Im not a fan at all of boston pizza's food because its average and I can cook way better aha BUT the bar here and the whole atmosphere and arcade is FANTASTIC! its a great place for parties! I'd say eat at home and come here and have a great time! the bartenders are always friendly! the appetizers are okay tho! also I have come to boston pizza for the last two new years! its a great place to party with lots of fun! there is also bowling! i'm most likely attending for my birthday and will be eating there and playing at the bar/arcade! SO delicious! I LOVE it. This is the first time I had it. The roma tomatoes topping is my favorite. They are soooo juicy and tasty! I'm very surprised because I hate tomatoes on pizza but when I had this I loved it and order it everytime now. I'm so happy they opened a Papa John's in Niagara Falls! Yay. I'm a regular customer at this Tim Horton's location, and have been to many others in Niagara Falls. While many have good service and quality products, this location is one of the more remarkable stores, their baked goods are always fresh, as is the other menu items. The staff are pleasant, inviting and sincere during each interaction, creating a comfortable and valuable exchange.
