My Westie Nellie tore her claw while running in the back yard. Her back paw started bleeding immediately. Took her to Bayview Animal Hospital and they were fully booked and short staffed that day. When they saw how much her paw was bleeding, the vet tech quickly bandaged up her paw while the receptionist fed me phone numbers of emergency vet clinics where i eventually found one who could see her. She is now bandaged up and recovering . Thanks so much to Bayview for being so incredibly kind!

I had to take my cockatiel in for a check up. It's nice to find a clinic that helps birds. My bird isn't usually comfortable with strangers. But he responded to the vet very well. I highly reccomend this place if you need help with your pets.

Dr.Mamdani shows a genuine concern for your animal, be it dog, cat, or whatever else you may have. He does not sugar coat things if he finds you're doing something wrong, however he is not rude about it either. His Vet Tech, Kim, is also a lovely human being and always seems to be so positive that it's contagious.

Le Yapeux est le meilleur service de pension de la région Ottawa/Gatineau ! Les propriétaires et employés adorent les animaux et sont très compétents. Je leur ai confié mes deux chiens pendant plus de 10 ans. À chaque fois que je conduisais mes deux pitous là-bas, ils tiraient sur leur laisse vers les installations pour y entrer. We live near Old Ottawa South - so taking our cat here is easy. Since covid, we visit via the parking lot i.e. only our cat goes in! Today, we were served by Dr. William MacDonald and I was impressed. He was easy to talk to, answered all our questions and offered to refer us if need be. Dr. MacDonald even came to talk to us in the parking lot. I have dealt with many vets over the years in Ottawa. None of them have been as approachable as Dr. MacDonald!

Amazing! I had my dog fixed last week and the service was amazing. They were very clear on the pre op instructions, and I knew exactly what to expect from start to finish. My dog can be hard to handle but the team there was amazing with him. They even called afterwards to see how he was healing. 5 stars to the team across the board.
