Recently shopped at this store for some furniture items and happen to meet with sales person Renu there. She was very helpful and had full knowledge about furniture and other items in the store. She has very good communication skills, friendly and she made us feel very special. Took time in understanding our needs and then was very patient while we were making decision She never pushed or rushed us to complete the purchase. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Purchase experience was very pleasant, no pressure and very friendly. Requested delivery date a month in advance. They called me the week before to confirm and again the day before. They arrived on time, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They unpacked and set up my couch set and removed all packaging. My bedroom set, they put it together. There is human error all around but when a company goes above and beyond to correct it- they ought to be commended. I have made my furniture purchases from The Brick on Weston RD. The staff is very helpful, particularly CJ. On my last purchase, there was an error and Customer Rep was quick on having the issue corrected at no extra cost to me. Within days the correct item arrived at my home and was taken care of by the delivery team. I am pleased with my purchase, thanks for the good service.

He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store.
