We had a flood from our 2nd floor toilet and the water leaked through to to the main floor, doing extensive damage to the living and dining rooms, and leaked through to the basement and destroyed about 2/3rds of our basement, Service master came in and did a great job cleaning up the water, then demolishing all the areas that needed to be done and taking everything down to the studs. Now 2024 and i had a shingle blow off so i called again, easily could have said i need a new roof, Instead i was told the roof is good for a few more years and a repair is the best options.
