My boyfriend and I just came back from dinner after finally making a trip into this hidden gem. We live in the area and always walk by and promised ourselves we'd make our way in at one point or another.
We are huge on trying out new restaurants for great food and great service. We often dine out at 5 star restaurants and Grano Ristorante is now in our top 5. It is a cozy, dimly lit restaurant with welcoming and attentive staff. Our servers were well-knowledged in not only their menu, but in Italian cuisine overall. They were a delight!
My boyfriend ordered the gnocchi which could only be described as out of this world! It had this perfect light texture and feel as the ricotta gnocchi just melted in your mouth. The chicken marsala was a light blend of savoury and sweet, perfect to the last bite. The food is served hot and fresh which makes a great deal of a difference when dining out.
I can't wait for my next stop inside, or for an order to go. They will certainly be seeing us again and again.

I went to Boston Pizza on May 7th for a friend's birthday party. When I was served my cheese pizza, it tasted really good. It is certainly one of the best Pizzas I've ever had.
After the main course, I had Apple crisp and it tasted great than the other Apple Crisps I've ate.
Boston Pizza, along with Pizza Hut is one of the best restaurants I've ever ate at. I will definately be coming back.

Food was reasonably good, but nothing to rave about or complain about either. Portion sizes were a little large. We were on the patio which was fine, but the chairs were back-breakingingly awful and the patio and tables sort of gave the impression that things weren't all that clean. Wait staff was reasonably attentive but not overly friendly. The overall impression was one of a cramped, crowded space both inside and on the patio -too bad they couldn't expand their space.

Fantastic Italian restaurant! The service was excellent and the food matched the service. We had 4 of us and we all really enjoyed our meals. So impressed by both food and service. Complimentary bruschetta was fresh bright well balanced and incredibly yummy. The Alfredo was solid traditional Italian with a beautiful unique undertone I couldn't identify but loved. The vegetable lasagna was delicious, the sea food salad was superb, however the tiramisu was awful. I can't remember the name of the sea food pasta that we ordered but it wasn't good either. I've never written a review (and we enjoy our dinners out at various restaurants), but this place really deserves one! My husband and I drive from Pickering to have dinner here and it's always worth the drive! The ambience, service and food are all amazing! My favourite dish is the Arctic Char - it's so good that even my husband ordered it once (he's not one to order fish for dinner). He's stated that the lamb is the best he's ever had. Franc and his staff at Posticino always make our dining experience a memorable one!
