Had an awesome experience here, got looked at very quickly and today just had a tooth extracted. everybody there was nice and was polite, Was in and out within a half hr. I give 5 stars because I had to cancel my first app last week because of being sick and they were able to fit me in a week later. any bad reviews on this dental office could not be true, or either the customer not getting what they want as I’ve worked in customer service for 7 yrs and the customer is not always right. Just moved to St Thomas and needed a place to bring my family to the dentist. Great first experience. They made the switch from our old dental office really easy. The office seems very nice and modern. What I like is that they billed my insurance directly so I didn't have to pay for anything out of pocket.
