Attended the shop for an early morning appointment (07:30) as my horn stopped working after i replaced the battery. I was assisted by Nick at the front counter and my car was taken in by the Technician promptly. Problem was resolved after about 5 minutes as the tech found a lead from the horn that was inadvertently unattached by yours truly. Nick refused to charge me as the issue was resolved quickly. I think I found a shop that I will be frequenting from now on.
