I love this store I always check here first for things I need. My only complaint is they don't provide handicapped scooters as I walk with a cane and can't stand for too long. They at least could have a chair in each dept. so people could sit for a minute and then shop longer

Wow! I was just looking up the new store hours since the Covid 19 and couldn believe the bad reviews. I stop in and pick up things 2-3 times a week at this store and have never had a problem. The staff have been nothing but helpfulness and friendly. They never seem to mind if I ask for help finding something. They stop what they are doing and give me their undivided attention. Under these current difficult times the staff, though strained and thinner does its best to help.Its clean enough for safety and well stocked. Unfortunately, like every other store in Orangeville, paper products are limited to none in a store that usually has everything...I recently ordered toilette paper and napkins online for pick up. This store,compared with either Kitchener or Cambridge Walmart, is the cleanest, tidiest, and friendliest place to shop. I may be biased here, but the clientele seems to be more conscientious as well (Mennonite community?). I'm not from St. Jacobs, but I will come from Cambridge to shop here at this Walmart. At any rate, I've never walked in there to find garbage anywhere, and folks seem to have a sense of community pride here and are well-mannered. A very nice shopping experience whenever I go.

I have had several issues/repairs done on my old Montana Van this year. The current head mechanic is excellent. Very knowledgeable and understands keeping an old vehicle running. All work has been done as identified, no upcharges no hassles and the work is done right. The new staff in the Garage is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I strongly recommend.
