My girlfriend and I went up to tobermory ontario a few weeks ago. I have never had such amazing customer service in my entire life. Our server was super kind, funny and made lots of jokes to keep us entertained through our meal. The food was fast to arrive, fresh, and tasted delicious the light the entire dish, I highly recommend eating here on any visit to tobermory, and I hope you get the same server as us his name was James :) Read more

I have always wanted to try Milestones and finally went today for lunch as it is convenient to my hotel. If the bruschetta is any indication of the taste of their food, I will definitely be back! The lunch combo is a perfect way to try two dishes. The salad could have used more toppings, particularly the spicy glazed pecans but the vinaigrette is pleasant with the remaining greens. I love the fact that the bruschetta is on flatbread. Lots of goat cheese and great balsamic reduction! No need for dessert with this stuff! Wait staff attentive, service prompt, but not so fast you feel rushed. Read more

A bit pricey, but really a wonderful experience overall. One thing to note is the two-hour limit on dining, which is best to know about in advance. We've been to the Granite Brewery a number of times as the food is always fantastic with generous portions. In addition to the delicious food, they have a good selection of their own brews. We especially enjoyed their Ringwood, a delightful blonde. There are different atmospheres for different tastes, but at the Granite Brewery they have several to choose from. Two excellent patios, a bar, and a family restaurant area, all designed for comfort. The rear patio looks particularly amazing, but as it was raining, we'll just have to wait until next time to try it out. It should also be noted that the Granite Brewery has free parking with easy access. The Granite Brewery gets our highest recommendation and we will be back soon. Read more

I always enjoy the menu at Milestones. I have one concern. The wine list unbelievably does not have ONE Ontario wine in its selection of wines that are all international. Its hard to believe that in our Niagara region we produce some of the worlds best wines at very good prices and Milestones doesn't have even one red and white available. Please correct this for your customers. Our group were mystified when they looked at the wine list and all agreed this was an oversight at a good restaurant. Read more

Unlike other reviewers' experience, the service we received was exemplary - friendly, attentive and fast. Food showed imagination, especially the crab croquettes with a spicy sauce surround them. Ingredient quality was beyond reproach and everything was cooked to the degree as ordered them, no overcooking here at all. Definitely going back there again this year. Read more
