Don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE this place. Food is amazing every time, servers are friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere is very casual. Only thing that keeps me from coming here as often as I would is the price. The meals, especially the pizza, is a little highly priced. Other than that, I highly reccomend it! Bon apetit! =)

I have to say that the service and food at this Boston Pizza was some of the best that I have ever had. I really enjoyed how juicy the chicken was and the type of tomato sauce that was on the sandwich was really amazing! The Ceaser Salad was great too, not too much salad dressing, which is something that I can't stand. I would definately recommend to other people to come to the Boston Pizza located on Wayne Gretzky Parkway. The service was fantastic and the wairess was on the ball and got our refills in no time at all, and she also didn't come over to often to see how our meal was or ask us when we had food in our mouths. Over all, a great experience and I would definately go back again!!!

Best pizza we ever had. Our friends had wings and they really enjoyed them. Atmosphere nice. Would definetely go back again. Could not believe some of the reviews that it was bad. Our food was delicious. Waitress could have waited a few more minutes as she started boxing up our leftovers and one of our party was not even finished eating, other then that was great.

This Boston Pizza location is by far our favourite. My wife and I have been going since they opened and never had a bad experience. We have visited Boston Pizza numerous times and always enjoy it. Our last visit was exceptional though! The service was excellent and our waitress was very attentive, polite, and interacted great with our children. Our food arrived quickly and tasted delicious. We had the Southwest Skins which is one of our favourites and I tried the Pulled Pork Sandwich with cactus cuts! I was very pleased with everything.

I have been to Boston Pizza many times, and I have a great experience everytime. I am always satisfied with the food and the wait for it isn't that long either. If you are not in the mood for pizza, there are many other menu choices you could chose from. Pasta is always a good second choice. I personally think anything you order there you will not be disappointed.

The food was pretty good...but it isn't that inexpensive. Our 1/2 litre of wine - really good Cab Sauv suggested by our quite competent waiter -was $24.95! Threw us a bit...but our fault as we didn't check the price first :) Pretty nice wine, though.
We each had the soup of the day which was very good and came with garlic toast plus we split the nachos which were good as well. I have no complaints...We sat in the bar and the waiter/bartender provided excellent service. I was actually surprised that it was so good...LOL....

We had an incredible dining experience. We started with the Triple Play appetizers, which were fantastic—a great way to kick off the meal. The Jambalaya pasta was full of flavor and perfectly spiced. Our server was attentive, and even the manager stopped by to check in, which was a nice touch. Great food and excellent service. Highly recommend!!

I brought my 81 year old Uncle and my younger beautiful Aunt to this Swiss Chalet for lunch. The server was very bright, cheerful and friendly. The meal was served within minutes and she got everything right. I happened to mention that we were going to use the coupon(s) that my Aunt had received in the mail, but we couldn't find that day. She had an extra coupon so she offered it to us. That changed my mind about the restaurant even though I had a bad experience before.

I can't find the Waterloo location on this site but this review is about my experience there.
Went on a Wednesday with girlfriends for drinks and nibbles in the bar. The service was awesome and the food was pretty quick and very tasty. We shared spinach dip, antojitoes and nachoes and we were stuffed! We didn't know a band would be playing and it was an added bonus. We had a great time and have plans to make this our regular get- together hangout!

Really amazing!! First and best restaurant I've been to in Canada and couldnt have asked for a better experience. The new owner Mani really made us feel at home and ensured his extremely friendly and kind staff made sure my family's and my first experience not only in Canada, but also in Montana's, was a special one. I recall eating at a Montana’s Grill a few months ago and enjoying an Aunt Emma’s meatloaf. This past Saturday my wife and I had a yearning to try it again, so we went to a relatively new Montana’s in Hyde Park and discovered that it was now listed on the menu as a “Cookhouse Meatloaf” and promoted as being one of the restaurant’s “favourites”. I can see why. Quite frankly, this was by far the best meatloaf I have ever tasted in my life, and at 73 that’s saying quite a lot. Sure you can eat meatloaf at a number of places but I bet you can’t beat having a more delicious one at Montana’s in Hyde Park.

We had the best dining experience at lunch today. We spent the last two days in the hospital so we were in need of a good lunch. Stacey was phenomenal!!! It was pretty busy but she looked after us like were only patrons. She was very efficient and friendly. You can tell she enjoys her job as I watched smiling and laughing with everyone she was waiting on. She suggested the new cauliflower wings and they were to die for. We will definitely be coming back next week.

I attended Montana's Cookhouse with my Brother and Girlfriend last week and expected good quality food and service. I expected it because Montanas Cookhouse i widely recognized and I have also attended it before and loved it. I suggest coming here for a dinner or lunch because you receive great food for a low cost. I ordered chicken penne which was 15$ and a coke for 3$, so for under 20$ I received an excellent meal and fast service. The environment is loud and upbeat giving you a fun experience.
