They want people to book ahead, you can only get a live operator if you dial the central number to try to book it and are put on hold for over half an hour. If you have to call their office to let them know you're running late you only get a recorded message telling you to call the central number........and you have the nerve to scold people for being drop ins instead of booking an appointment.

Often long wait times. People have to wait outside the doors in winter. Not enough staff to serve the number of people. Fasting diabetics should be served first but aren’t. You can book appointments but usually early morning times are already taken.

I saw a woman named DEB. She was GREAT knew what she was doing and frendly She was at the Avonhurst clinic. She only had to poke me one time I would highly recommend her

neglected to send test results to my doctor for over week ...refused to tell me my own test results, since my doctor couldn't, as he did not have them.
