Awful awful awful service. My eyes are so bad and after having two appointments I called twice and each time I needed someone to help me. First time I didn't get called and second time I waited for 5 hours. Today, I left a message at 8:45 am and nothing. DON'T BOTHER !!!!!!!!
Amazing staff and service. I walked in off the street once needing a piece for my glasses and they fixed them right away, no appointment needed. I will continue to take my business there.
Not satisfied. I had my eyes examined there last winter and ended up with a worse prescription than I started out with. Now I need magnifying glass on top of glasses to be able to read anything.
