Since 2010, Sushi Yu Mi restaurant has made it its mission to combine quality with affordability: “We prepare or sushi to order and keep our prices low – that is a rare combination,” explains co-owner Chris Kassab. “We wanted a more casual atmosphere that is closer to a bistro.” The restaurant also offers takeout and catering, and there are no pre-made boxes of sushi sitting in a fridge.
