Flair Factor is dedicated to the art and craft of bartending and specializes in helping its professionals perfect their skills. In addition to providing bar services at many events, owner Jean Vasquez offers flair classes, teaching his pupils the techniques and etiquette of refined bartending. “We are a bar-service business, offering everything from signature cocktail creation services to flair training,” he explains. “We train our students to handle all bar instruments and we are Canada’s most experienced in the field.”
