    Terrible costumer...

    Terrible costumer service. Went to pick up a package and they refused to give me my package since the address on my id doesn't match my address in Montreal (I'm a student). Instead of trying to help me find a solution, they yelled at me, interrupted and dismissed me, walked away from me and kept asking me to read their policies on package deliveries.I managed to get my package but the costumer service was the worst I've ever experienced.
