Les pires experts en sinistres!!!! La personne qui était en charge de mon dossier n’est aucunnement a son affaire, se trompe de dossier, se confond de client a chaque fois que je l’appelle, je me fais dire que mon auto va se faire réparer 1-2h plus tard on me rappelle pour me dire que finalement non. Service aucunnement professionnel, jamais capable de rejoindre personne il faut toujours laisser des messages pour se faire rappeler.déjà deux mois suite a mon accident et pas dédommager!

Had fire at by house in January 2017 and I am still fighting to get paid for the damages... the agent who is in my file is unprofessional and unreachable... been trying to contact Mr. Harrera for past 2-3 months through emails and calls and I have never received any replies and calls... worst agent and worst company ever... sick and tired of calling them to inquiry about my checks and status of my file... I would give 0 star if I could...
