Worst store. I paid $150.00 tax in for a pair of winter boots. I asked specifically for waterproof. Since the sales lady assured me, that, the boots were waterproof, I bought them.Unfortunately they're not waterproof. My feet they drench in freezing water. As for the return policy, only exchanges, even if you find nothing to your satisfaction. I'm furious and frustrated, that, I don't even want to pass outside of the store. Totally disgusted. Think before you walk in the store to buy something.
