Very bad customer service. The wigs are really expensive. When I first walked in the store i did not feel welcomed. No employee bother to help me look for the item I was buying , I had to come to them. I was stared at like i was going to steal something and the employee followed me throughout the store. It’s very embarrassing! I was very mad. And when I finally bought the item that I wanted to buy I am glad to say that I’m never going to return to this store ever again.

La Beauté Hera a un très grand inventaire de produits de beauté variés. Je suis très satisfaite de cette variété. Les employées sont accueillantes. Contente d’avoir à Laval un tel magasin.

le personnel n'est pas bon. j'ai voulu acheter une teinture et elle a coulé, je l'ai essuyer sur l'étiquette et le caissier a arracher la teinture de mes main et m'a mise à la porte et il m'a demandé de ne plus revenir dans ce magasin
