    Delivery person very rude!! I was asking politely through interphone if he's from canada post to delivery the package, he replied in a quite threatening tone ''do you want the package or not??'' Very rude!! It made me thinking it might be someone trying to entering our building pretending he's making delivery! I then called customer service, the representative on the phone listened, but didn't sound like care that much. Overal, An quite unpleasant experience!

    If there is Zero or negative star, I would give that. Canpar is terrible, terrible! They said that the sofa is on the way, but never showed up. two days later, they email me saying that "Consignee NOT home". That was such a lie!!! I was home all day long waiting. When they sent me another email next days, saying the sofa is with driver. no one ever showed up. How can Walmart hire such a terrible company for their deliver service? I will never ever buy anything from Walmart anymore! VeryPainful!!

    Pire service à la clientèle EVER. Quasi-impossible de parler à quelqu'un en français, si oui, il ne nous comprennent à peu près pas. Le "live-chat" est tout le temps surchargé, et ça, c'est quand il est fonctionnel. Les délais de livraison aux SmartSpots sont ridiculement longs. Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoiles, je l'aurais fait.

    The only thing i can say is that if you have to use a courier company, please do not use this company, horrible customer service and oh, by the way, they lie by telling you your package is our=t for delivery when it is still in their warehouse. -10 / 5

    Pire service de livraison du Québec. Première fois, je dois récupérer mon colis dans un depanneur qui sent mauvais et qui doit être pleins de vermines. Deuxième colis livré, le livreur à carrement lancé mes boîtes sur mon balcon sans cogner. Cest le bruit des colis garoché qui ma avisé de ma livraison. Troisième livraison, un papier apparaît sous mes yeux dans ma porte, personne ne sonne. Je vais prendre le papier la livreuse entre dans son camion san mon colis. Je cris lui fait signe elle part.

    Sent package to wrong address. The driver didnt bother to verify who signed for it you could clerly see it was not for them and it was not the correct address. They do not do their job well, would not recommended ever using them. Just hope I get my package from wherever they delivered to or they will reimburse for the full amount.

    Bonjour 1er Téléphone 1800 Canpar. Choix #2 francais, choix #1 suivi colis le son très très faible a peine audible. Pouffe Flucher . 2e appel #2 # 1 et Un Mr me répond comme un robot 4/10 courtoisie limite. téléphoné au 411 pour plus de courtoisie.
