Originally known as the Landfill Committee Argenteuil Two Mountains, the RIADM dealt exclusively landfill waste until the early 1990s since the RIADM gradually developed a range of Additional activities within the concept 3R -E ( source reduction , reuse, recycling , recovery and disposal ) as the collection of recyclable materials ( blue box ) , the collection of compostable materials ( brown bins ) , the recovery of RDD ( paints, solvents , used oil, etc.) , the collection of Christmas trees, the return to Earth or different information and awareness programs Day .
