FYI today i am going to buy several 100 FT cat6 ethernet cables. at $22 each, the price is UNBEATABLE even by canadian sellers on eBay.

Used to be good but now the staff doesn't even know what a 1/4 female jack is. I give this store until the end summer and they will be closed for good. Good riddance.

Be very careful. As much as the employees want to fix a known problem, the manager will fire them if they do. I bought a USB to drive converter. It worked 20% of the time. All the on shelf ACCES Electronics inventory had the same 80% failure rate. Yet they were returned back to the shelves. And the manager would not acknowledge the failures, even when the 80% failure was witnessed by several employees. Recommend ACCES Electronics to your ENEMIES.

Items sold with life time guaranteed are not accepted despite the fact that the store recognizes it is one theirs. The reason for the denying is because you do not have the bill? Are you supposed to keep a bill after 4, 5 years? If you did, with the kind of ink & printer can you still be able to read it? Consumer protection case.

Horrible clientele service

I used to go a lot but now quality is downhill and the other day I brought back an item that I was misinformed and he only refund half of the money!

They sold me the wrong part on the weekend, so I went back to exchange it, ready to pay more. The manager angrily refused what any other commerce would consider a routine exchange. They got their few bucks from me. I'll get the parts I need elsewhere.

Manager is not qualified to manage

Very poor customer service. I was misinformed regarding a $7 battery charger. A more competent person suggested one at $30 but the Manager flat out said NO when I asked to exchange it for the more expensive one. He lost a good customer and yes, I am putting it out there for all to read.

Great place for Speaker Rental!!

Ive rented speaker for a event and the quality was awesome!!! The service was good.
