I was a client for many years, and the one year I had to send Revenue Quebec additional info, Chapman charged me and did not send the documents as promised. Later, when I received a COLLECTION LETTER from RQ, I called Chapman to see why, and they told me to call RQ and figure it out! I called RQ myself, wasted hours on calls and sent them the documents myself, after RQ confirmed they never got anything from Chapman. Worse service ever, lots of attitude and no reimbursement for lack of service.
