Très mauvais service de pelletage. 12 heures après la fin de la tempête, encore rien! Idem les dernières années. Un peu mieux pour l'entrée de garage tout de même. Aucun suivi de nos appels et mails.

monday january 8, 2018 it is 8:45 pm and i have a mountain of snow in front of my driveway, and when they do clean they throw the snow i my freshly shoveled stairs even after multiple complaints....fed up!!!

Cette Cie ne vient pas à 5hres du matin tel que annoncé Cela fait 2 tempêtes que je suis obligée de déneiger mon entrée avant d'aller travailler et la ville avait mis un énorme banc de neige.

Unreliable

Worst company ever. Same as other review its almost impossible to change companies as they don't come to the area. This company does not come before 6am like they claim, so almost every snow fall I had to leave to work and shovel my own driveway. After work you can tell they didn't come either and if they did they did not come more than once. Terrible service.

Unfortunately, I am unable to give this company less than zero stars on five. For the past 6 years, we've been trying to get rid of them but the snow removal companies (in Laval) divide the territory amongst each other and it is impossible to get another company to come on our street. This company use to do a good job before Dominic got all the big contracts with the businesses around the area, now, he has to hire subpar employees who, I swear, are the most incompetent snow removal people in th
