I bought 2 dresses from them, after I came for alteration one of the dresses had stains all over the dress, I asked them to clean it before I come pick it up and they agreed , I went to pick it after and she said they washed my dress but the stains didn't come up , I asked them to do anything for me to return or exchange my dress because obviously they dropped something on it so its not my mistake all she kept saying sorry I cannot do anything , now this dress is going to garbage

I wish I could give more than 5 stars that’s how happy I was with the staff here. Sylvia was beyond great, she worked so hard to make sure my wedding dress was everything I wanted and more. All the other places I went to did not compare to Tom Jeon. Everyone was amazing, the entire staff Chris and Silvana as well as the seamstresses who made the dress perfect. I highly recommend!

All negative reviews about this store are 100% correct. It has a no refund, no exchange, no customer service after purchase policy. The sales people lie about what you can order, pricing of dresses, and pricing of alterations. Alterations are done so poorly, that it actually takes away from the quality of the dress (I added a shoulder strap, and the neckline became off centered). Not worth your time or money.
