The Brick

We order some furniture in 2021 Boxing Day and the sales lady said ETA for our order was mid January for some stuffs and mid February for the rest of what we bought. We tried to contact the Brick several times and they keep pushing the delivery for March and refused to refund us. The poor management and the lack of care of the sales person that insists in blaming that “this is the situation now” made our experience with this store a big frustration. They sell appliances they are unable to have and promise delivery dates that they can’t meet. In addition, they don’t warn you of delays and you must constantly keep up with them to find out what happens with your order. Their customer service is miserable and store managers aren’t courteous to customers who ask questions. We had to call them more than six times to have relevant information a little customer service. They say they will send confirmations by email and don’t do so.

Bought a mattress there....never again. I complained about the ridge running up the middle of the king size mattress.......the women wrote to us -told us that we should sleep on the ridge to get rid of it...... The mattress was guaranteed for 10 years(not prorated). It’s 4 years old . The flaws started over a year ago. We will be purchasing a new mattress and it won’t be from the BRICK.

We purchased furniture first week of November but did not receive it until after Christmas (a month over due). The store manager claimed they had no way of communicating with their corporate office or warehouse to find out why the shipments kept getting pushed back which is obviously a lie. Also, beware of their Trans Global Insurance scam they slip into your paper work. We did not catch it and were being charged $50/month. We will never shop with the Brick again.

The "Girls" in Delivery at the Brick Windsor Legacy Park helped me so much....we moved before our Furniture got delivered so there was a bit of a mix up and they handled it professionally and perfectly....
